By becoming a member of RV Business Tech and using our reservation system and related services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
RV Business Tech charges a $3.00 fee per completed reservation transaction processed through the reservation system.
This fee applies to both online and backend (offline/manual) reservations.
You will not be charged for:
Most parks choose to pass this $3.00 fee to the guest, which allows you to receive all listed services at no cost. You may also choose to:
All transaction fees will be collected via ACH billing. You will be able to set up your ACH billing from within the reservation system once your reservation system is completed and ready for launch.
RV Business Tech is not affiliated with any payment gateway provider and does not make any money off these compatible gateways:
All payment information is handled by the gateway you choose. You will be classified as a SAQ-A PCI level, which means you have no compliance or reporting obligations.
RV Business Tech:
When using our system, your website and hosting are provided at no additional cost.

The following core services are included when you pass the $3 fee to your guests (or pay it yourself):
Some features may be provided upon request depending on the needs of your park.
Additional partnership services or 3rd-party marketing integrations may be offered at optional discounted rates. These are not included in the $3 transaction fee and will never affect your core services. There is no guarantee that we will provide you with paid access to additional services outside of the core services.
Membership with RV Business Tech is a mutual relationship built on professionalism and trust.
RV Business Tech reserves the right to terminate membership for any reason, including undesirable or harmful actions toward the company, its affiliates, staff or representatives. If termination is initiated by RV Business Tech, we will provide a 2-week notice before services end.
You may also terminate services at any time, for any reason, with a 2-week written notice.
RV Business Tech strives to complete all web development, onboarding work, setup tasks, custom requests, and system configuration within approximately two weeks in optimal periods, however, depending on workload, custom requirements, third-party delays, or information pending from your park, the waiting period may extend beyond this initial estimate.
You will be provided with an expected timeframe for completion; however, all timeframes are estimates only. Our team will always make every reasonable effort to launch your systems as quickly as possible and to meet your preferred timeline.

Additional services outside the scope of the standard offering may incur separate fees. Access to discounted or partnered third-party tools is optional and not tied to the $3 transaction fee. Use of our system implies agreement with these terms and acknowledgment of service limitations, fee structure, and billing process.
